Day 18 - Legacy Games - NFL

This is the day, where we would see the most iconic thing ever from the USA: an NFL Game. The Game was against the New York Giants vs Washington Commanders, which were the redskins. We watched the Game at the Metlife Stadium in New Jersey.
Technical Problems
Leaving our hideout, we decided to take the bus to the stadium. So we went to the Port Authority Bus Terminal on 42 st and had to take a Charter Couch to the stadium. We quickly found out that we needed to get tickets for the trip and through a booking app. To say it simply, it was atrocious. We had tried our Tickets FOUR TIMES and still weren't able to get the tickets. On the Fifth attempt it was successful and we quickly went to the coach and drove through the Lincoln Tunnel to the stadium. One more Note is that in the previous four attempts, they had charged the money. Unless the system was overwhelmed by the influx of people trying to get the tickets, even so that is not great, it was a horrible experience
The Games begin
Arriving outside the stadium in the parking spot, we were able to see all the other fans wearing the team's merch. After passing the security, we went to the top of the stadium and had a great view of the Stadium and also the surrounding area outside the stadium. At one had the game begun, but before the teams could play, we had to remember the fallen military personnel and here the National Anthem be played on the field. It was definitely something I was not expecting and interesting to experience.
Disappointing Conclusion
In the End, the points were 21 to 18 to the Commanders. To be honest, I don’t even know how the points are given and I felt like there were too many breaks between touchdown or just passing the ball. It wasn’t helping that we all were cold and had to sit through all the breaks. The mid break was ok. We had some dogs performing some neat tricks, but that was all. I don’t know much about American Football, but from what I understood is that, the teams need to bring the balls to the opponent's side and that’s how they score points. But you could imagine that the ball was at only a few meters, before the opponent tackled and had to do a break. Leaving the stadium we went back to the coaches to arrive back in Manhattan.
Great Dinner
After our Target trip to get ourselves dinner, we went back to our hideout. For dinner we had some Fajita and they were good. After dinner we had warmed up and rested for tomorrow.
