The training of computer scientists EFZ and Mediamaticians EFZ initially requires a significant amount of internal expertise, which is why many companies hesitate to train apprentices. For this reason, the basic training year has been established, during which apprentices complete their first year of training at TIE International. However, they remain employed by your company throughout the entire four years.

At TIE, apprentices acquire a solid foundation of knowledge and complete a significant portion of the mandatory branch courses (üK). As a result, a large part of the educational goals according to the curriculum are already met after the first year. Through productive customer projects, they are personally prepared for the subsequent training years and are always accompanied by qualified instructors. This enables the apprentices to be ready to contribute productively to your team after just one year.

We support the apprentices not only professionally, but also personally. We are explicitly not a school, but rather a creative and project-oriented environment for young IT talents. We are interested in up-to-date and trend-oriented training, in order to enable apprentices for their future. TIE International has been awarded the Swiss quality label eduQua and therefore meets all modern standards for training and further education.

We also offer suitable, optional instruments to support the apprentices more strongly. These include, for example, a work assignment abroad.

The training of IT and Mediamatician apprentices is an ideal instrument especially in times of ICT skills shortage to find suitable talents. Not only do they bring new ideas and inspiration to your company, but according to our experience, they also remain employed with the training company after the apprenticeship. Thus, they can contribute internal know how over a longer time horizon.

The training of apprentices is appreciated by politics, society and employees. The training company can position itself as a socially relevant employer and promotes its employer branding.

Apprenticeship training is not everyone's cup of tea. HR managers know best which employees are suitable and interested. They also know which departments or teams urgently need reinforcement because they will be growing in the future. Recruitment remains a matter for the HR department, as each company recruits in its own way and looks for suitable apprentices. TIE provides support where it is needed. We have a lot of experience in the recruitment process.

This largely depends on the needs. For apprentices, we offer specialized courses that can be booked in the 2nd and 3rd apprenticeship years. For HR professionals, we provide assistance in creating targeted career plans to further develop apprentices within the company after they complete their apprenticeships. For the responsible professionals, we offer support in the final exam process (IPA).
